		<description>Hi Bryan, Well I would start by just totally opening up traffic between the two IPs and see if that fixes it.  If it does, than yes sounds like a firewall issue.  I would then install wireshark on the front-end server and see which traffic it is sending and is not getting through.  

You might want to pop over to http://serverfault.com , signup and ask there.  Its a great QA site with some people who know more about Exchange than I would claim to.</description>
